Megan Ehrig focuses her practice on Labor & Employment and Immigration law. She defends clients in matters involving civil rights claims, including those alleging harassment and/or discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violation, breach of contract and actions brought under other employment related state statutes. She similarly concentrates her immigration practice in business and employment immigration, assisting businesses in obtaining visas for employees and advising on workplace compliance laws and regulations.

Prior to rejoining Miller & Martin, Megan spent more than seven years as in-house counsel for one of the largest trucking companies in the U.S. with employees and contractors nationwide.

Ms. Ehrig graduated cum laude from Sewanee: The University of the South, in 2012 where she obtained a B.A. in English. She was then selected as the recipient of the Herbert Herff Presidential Law Scholarship for academic merit and attended the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. While attending law school, she received the Dean’s Award for Excellence for both the Best Oral Advocate and Best Brief for Legal Methods II and received the CALI Awards (highest grade in the class) in five subjects. Ms. Welton graduated magna cum laude, earning her J.D. in 2015.
