Dudley West retired effective December 31, 2025. 

Now retired, Dudley West had a diverse practice with an emphasis on business litigation and real estate, as well as provided counsel to individuals and small to medium-sized companies on business law issues.

He handled numerous commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and other transactions, and represented clients in a wide variety of business, real estate and other civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. His experience includes cases involving, among other things, business torts, employment restrictive covenants, disputes between shareholders and between members of partnerships and limited liability companies, title insurance claims, landlord-tenant matters and homeowner association disputes, as well as planning and zoning issues.
