Now retired, Ken Carroll concentrated his practice on businesses and financial institutions. He served as general counsel for several Georgia banks and bank holding companies. He is experienced in bank mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition of insurance agencies. Mr. Carroll has extensive knowledge and skill in the formation and capitalization of banks and bank holding companies. His practice included representing banks in regulatory matters, corporate governance, capital raising and workouts. He is also experienced in internal investigations and fidelity bond claims.
