Kyle Fuller serves as Of Counsel in Miller & Martin’s commercial group.  Kyle concentrates his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including high-volume commercial leasing matters ranging from industrial, office, and retail, as well as acquisitions and dispositions within the same industries.  In addition to representing commercial real estate owners and developers, Kyle has represented hospitals, health systems and healthcare investors providing counsel on healthcare real estate in the context of the regulatory overlay that governs healthcare real estate transactions, namely the federal Anti-kickback Statute and the Stark Law.  Kyle has also represented one of the world’s largest wireless telecommunications companies on matters involving real estate and land use issues.
