Michael got his pilotโs license in high school and flies seaplanes on the Tennessee River.
Chattanooga native, Michael Brown, joins the firm as an associate in the corporate department. His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, transportation law and emerging business/general counsel services.
Michael comes to the firm with an educational background in transportation law. He graduated from law school with a certificate of specialization in Admiralty/ Maritime Law, an award from the American Bar Association for the best paper in Aviation/Space law, and an externship with the U.S. Coast Guard’s JAG corps.
When not working, Michael enjoys riding his bike with his family on the Riverpark, American history, aviation, and cheering on his Atlanta Braves.
