Peter is an Eagle Scout, a rank achieved only by four percent of Scouts after a lengthy review process. Peter is also an avid audiophile and enjoys perusing Atlantaโs record stores for new finds.
Peter is a litigation attorney in the firm’s Atlanta office who represents corporate and individual clients in complex commercial disputes. His civil practice is focused on business litigation, and he frequently represents clients in matters involving breach of contract, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, indemnification, and business torts. He also specializes in qui tam litigation under the False Claims Act. Peter is committed to understanding his clients’ litigation goals and business objectives to provide the best representation for each unique matter.
