In a career devoted exclusively to the practice of commercial real estate law, Bob Goodman represents national, regional and local clients in a broad variety of complex transactions, including improved and unimproved property acquisitions and dispositions; office, industrial and retail leasing and “ground-up” development; long term ground leasing; interim, mezzanine and permanent secured lending; entity organization, joint venture structuring and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Although his practice primarily concerns southeastern United States property transactions, Bob has assisted developers, investors, landlords and tenants with regard to properties across the country. The breadth of Bob’s experience allows him to anticipate the wide-ranging legal aspects encountered with each particular type of transaction, providing his clients with practical advice in dealing with diverse matters.
