Evan Sharber is a commercial real estate lawyer who advises clients on their real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing transactions.
Evan enjoys guiding clients through all phases of the transaction process, from contract negotiation through due diligence and title examination to closing and post-closing matters. He regularly assists clients with title and survey matters, including easements and restrictive covenants. He works on loan documents and legal opinions and represents landlords and tenants in documenting commercial lease agreements.  He has experience with various property types, including retail, industrial, office, mixed-use developments, multifamily, senior housing, and mobile home parks.
