Jason McCarter Co-Presents on Mitigating Automotive Disputes at 2025 Auto Intel Summit
Miller & Martin Litigation Member and Automotive Practice Chair Jason McCarter will co-present along with Jacob Loken, Wheels, LLCย legal counsel, at the Auto Intel Summit held April 8-10, 2025 in Cary, North Carolina in connection with the National Remarketing Conference’s Spring Summit. Their session titled “Collision Course: Mitigating Automotive Disputes” on April 9 will cover commercial dispute trends in the auto industry โ ways to try to prevent disputes and to better weather those storms when they arise. The attorneys will address contracting tips, litigation strategy, privileges, forum issues, and other pre-lawsuit maneuvers, with a focus on vehicle-specific considerations.
