Course Description:
It has been a minute since we have had some “serious fun” with the FMLA and the ADA. This session will examine several scenarios illustrating some common (but also commonly misapplied) principles involving the FMLA, the ADA and the new Pregnant Workers’ Fairness Act (PWFA).
