Miller & Martin PLLC is pleased to announce the election and promotion of attorneys Pharan Evans, Kyle Fuller and Evan Sharber to membership in the law firm effective January 2026.

Ms. Evans is an intellectual property and technology attorney in the Atlanta office whose practice focuses on providing strategic advice and counseling to clients on a variety of intellectual property and technology-related matters, including domestic and international intellectual property portfolio development, preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, intellectual property enforcement and litigation strategy, technology development and licensing, data privacy, artificial intelligence, marketing and advertising, and intellectual property issues in corporate deals. She has represented clients of all sizes from small startups to universities to private and public organizations. She has experience with a variety of technical areas including mechanical, electrical, chemical, and computer technologies.
Prior to rejoining Miller & Martin in 2023, Ms. Evans served as General Counsel for an international consumer products manufacturer in which she advised corporate leadership regarding a variety of corporate and intellectual property matters, including a multi-million-dollar acquisition by a public company.
She serves on the Boards of Women in Technology and Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance.
Ms. Evans holds a law degree from Georgia State University School of Law and an undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Mr. Fuller is a commercial real estate attorney in the Nashville office and concentrates his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including high-volume commercial leasing matters ranging from industrial, office, and retail, as well as acquisitions and dispositions within the same industries. In addition to representing commercial real estate owners and developers, Mr. Fuller has represented hospitals, health systems and healthcare investors providing counsel on healthcare real estate in the context of the regulatory overlay that governs healthcare real estate transactions, namely the federal Anti-kickback Statute and the Stark Law.ย He has also represented one of the worldโs largest wireless telecommunications companies on matters involving real estate and land use issues.
Mr. Fuller holds a law degree from Regent University Law School and an undergraduate degree from Tennessee Technological University.
Mr. Sharber is a commercial real estate attorney in the Chattanooga office who advises clients on their real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing transactions. He guides clients through all phases of the transaction process, from contract negotiation through due diligence and title examination to closing and post-closing matters. Mr. Sharber regularly assists clients with title and survey matters, including easements and restrictive covenants. He works on loan documents and legal opinions and represents landlords and tenants in documenting commercial lease agreements. He has experience with various property types, including retail, industrial, office, mixed-use developments, multifamily, senior housing, and mobile home parks.
Prior to starting his legal career, Mr. Sharber worked as a legislative aide to U.S. Senator Bob Corker. He now serves on the board of Compassion Community Care Center and is a member of Leadership Chattanoogaโs current class of 2026.
Mr. Sharber holds a law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and an undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University.
