Pharan Evans advises clients on a variety of issues relating to intellectual property, including strategic domestic and international intellectual property portfolio development, preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, and intellectual property enforcement and litigation strategy. She has represented clients of all sizes from small startups to universities to private and public organizations. She has experience with a variety of technical areas including mechanical, electrical, chemical, and computer technologies.
Before rejoining Miller & Martin as Of Counsel, Pharan served as General Counsel for an international consumer products manufacturer in which she advised corporate leadership regarding a variety of corporate and intellectual property matters, including a multi-million-dollar acquisition by a public company.
