Pharan Evans is an intellectual property and technology attorney based in the Atlanta office. Her practice focuses on providing strategic advice and counseling to clients on a variety of intellectual property and technology-related matters. This includes guidance on domestic and international intellectual property portfolio development, preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, intellectual property enforcement and litigation strategy, technology development and licensing, data privacy, artificial intelligence, and intellectual property issues in corporate deals. She has significant experience managing global patent and trademark portfolios and counseling clients on intellectual property protection and expansion. She also has experience advising clients on a variety of matters related to marketing and advertising legal compliance.
Pharan has represented clients of all sizes from small startups to universities to private and public organizations. She has also served as General Counsel for a multi-national consumer products manufacturing company. Pharan has experience with a variety of technical areas including mechanical, electrical, chemical, and computer technologies. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Women in Technology in Atlanta, GA.
