Miller & Martin represented Red Clay Consulting (“Red Clay”), a high-value IT consulting and implementation service to Tier 1 and Tier 2 utilities, in an investment by RLH Equity Partners.  Red Clay has one of the largest Oracle Utilities technology consulting teams.  RLH Equity Partners invests in passionate entrepreneurs leading tech-enabled service firms. This investment will allow Red Clay and RLH Equity Partners provide exceptional client service and solutions.
