T. J. Gentle is a Member in Miller & Martin’s Corporate Department where he concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions and business transactions.  T. J. spent more than ten years as President and CEO of a venture backed technology company. His experience working with high growth companies, raising venture capital, and working with professional investors and boards of directors enables T. J. to bring a practical, common sense approach to advising business owners and entrepreneurs.  T. J. is passionate about business and enjoys working with strategic and private equity buyers and sellers. He advises clients in general business matters, raising debt and equity capital financing, buying and selling businesses, structuring strategic alliances and joint ventures, and protecting and licensing intellectual property.

 T. J. serves as the Vice-Chair of the Corporate Department.
