Additionally, Shepherd has extensive experience handling commercial loan transactions for regional and local banking institutions and representing borrowers in such matters.

Will Sikes practices within the firm’s Commercial department, focusing on commercial finance and real estate. In addition to welcoming new attorneys, Miller & Martin has promoted two commercial real estate attorneys, Kyle Fuller and Evan Sharber, to Member. These partner-level promotions further expand the capabilities of the commercial real estate group.

Kyle Fuller is a commercial real estate attorney in the Nashville office and concentrates his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including high-volume commercial leasing matters ranging from industrial, office, and retail, as well as acquisitions and dispositions within the same industries. In addition to representing commercial real estate owners and developers, Mr. Fuller has represented hospitals, health systems and healthcare investors providing counsel on healthcare real estate in the context of the regulatory overlay that governs healthcare real estate transactions, namely the federal Anti-kickback Statute and the Stark Law.  He has also represented one of the world’s largest wireless telecommunications companies on matters involving real estate and land use issues.

Evan Sharber is a commercial real estate attorney in the Chattanooga office who advises clients on their real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing transactions. He guides clients through all phases of the transaction process, from contract negotiation through due diligence and title examination to closing and post-closing matters. Mr. Sharber regularly assists clients with title and survey matters, including easements and restrictive covenants. He works on loan documents and legal opinions and represents landlords and tenants in documenting commercial lease agreements. He has experience with various property types, including retail, industrial, office, mixed-use developments, multifamily, senior housing, and mobile home parks.

Prior to starting his legal career, Mr. Sharber worked as a legislative aide to U.S. Senator Bob Corker. He now serves on the board of Compassion Community Care Center and is a member of Leadership Chattanooga’s current class of 2026.

“We are excited to welcome Kane Shepherd and Will Sikes to our Chattanooga office and to recognize the hard work and expertise of Kyle Fuller and Evan Sharber,” said Scott Parrish, Chairman of Miller & Martin. “These additions and promotions reflect our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service and depth in commercial real estate for our clients throughout the region.”
