(RPR), a portfolio company of Sovereignโs Capital, in its sale to Fleet Response, a private-equity owned company which is engaged in a nationwide rollup of restoration and reconstruction companies. RPR is headquartered in Raleigh, N.C., and provides fire, water and mold restoration services to both commercial and residential customers. ย The sale was structured and negotiated by FourBridges Capital Advisors on behalf of RPR.ย
