Baoyi Cai is an associate in Miller & Martinโs Corporate Practice Group in Atlanta. She represents private and public companies across a wide range of industries in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, complex partnerships, private equity investments, and venture capital financings. Baoyi has significant experience advising buyers and sellers in lower-middle market M&A transactions ranging from $1 million to $100 million and regularly counsels international companies on establishing U.S. subsidiaries. She also advises businesses on corporate governance matters and has substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as LLC and partnership agreements.
Since 2025, Baoyi has served as Co-Chair of multiple committees for the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association (GAPABA), including the Nominations Committee and the Law Student Committee, reflecting her ongoing commitment to leadership and community engagement within the legal profession.
