Miller & Martin Represents Oakbridge Partners in its Sale to Homrich Berg
Miller & Martin represented Oakbridge Partners, an investment advisor in Atlanta, in its sale to Homrich Berg, a personal wealth management firm in Atlanta. In order to grow its client base, Oakbridge is in need of more resources and infrastructure. Homrich Berg’s robust platform is very attractive to Oakbridge along with their long-standing relationship. The deal closed at the end of May.
