Miller & Martin was honored to represent Basesix Systems LLC (“Basesix”) in its sale to White Mountains Partners (“WMP”), a wholly-owned business unit of White Mountain Insurance Group, Ltd. (NYSE: WTM). Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Marietta, Georgia, Basesix is a technology integration firm simplifying low voltage systems for diverse industries. This strategic partnership with WMP will provide Basesix the opportunity to open new offices in key markets, and pursue acquisitions of complementary technology firms to broaden its service offerings.
